ASTEROID OCCULTATION NEWS

11.3 mag. Star to be eclipsed by asteroid 940 Kordula October 11, 2007 over Houston area.
On Thursday evening, October 11, 2006, at 10:43 PM CDT, the asteroid 940 Kordula will pass directly in front of a 11.3 mag star over the Houston, Texas area. The shadow path error limits are the "red" lines on the map below.
